Returns Policy
Faulty games - These should be returned in the original packing within 30 days of delivery and a full refund will be given upon receiving the faulty goods. Please contact us prior to returning any games.
Other Returns - These may be returned, at The Big Game Company's discretion, within 7 days of receipt/purchase and must be returned with the games and boxes in the original/  unused condition. Please contact us prior to returning any games to confirm that a refund or a credit will be available (delivery costs not refundable).

Warranty Policy
If you discover any defects in your product, please contact us via of our contact link, to help us arrange a replacement on receipt of the item. We will arrange a replacement of the items or return of the payment.

Delivery Policy
We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using NZ Couriers, DailyFreight/ Main Freight and other parcel delivery companies including New Zealand Post. Should you feel that your goods do not arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us using our contact form. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.

Errors & Ommissions
While we take every care to try and ensure descriptions and prices of our products are complete and accurate, errors may arise and we cannot take responsibility for consequences arising from relying on incorrect information.

Privacy Policy
Any personal information that is provided by the user of this website is retained by merchant for the purposes of contact and shipping only and will not be distributed to third parties.

Secure Payment Policy.
All Credit Card transactions are secured with 128 bit Thawte encryption and processed as soon as possible or when goods are available if they are not currently in stock. Credit card transactions will be processed in the name of The Big Game Company.

Liability
All games and other products supplied by The Big Game Company should be used as per the instructions accompanying them and/or with care and responsibility. Children should be supervised at all times by a responsible adult. The Big Game Company does not acccept any responsibility for damage or accident occuring while using any of it's products or games.

Ownership of Goods
All games and other products supplied by The Big Game Company remain the property of The BIg Game Company until payment has been made in full.

Hire
Hire of games is subject to the additional hire conditions as posted on the website. Damage or loss of games must be paid for in full and games must be returned in a clean condition to avoid a charge for cleaning.

Privacy
Any personal information that is provided by the customer will not be knowingly be passed to any third parties for the purposes of marketing.

Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

Amendments
These terms and conditions may be amended or changed by The BIg Game Company (2007) Limited without prior notice.
