Yes, we ship across New Zealand. Delivery times typically range from 2-5 business days depending on your location and whether the item is dispatched via Courier or Bulk Freight.

Yes. For deliveries to New Zealands Off-shore Islands: Chatham Islands, Stewart island, Kawau lsland, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great barrier Island & d’Urville Island, please contact our customer support team for a delivery quotation.

We cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes. Please enter your physical delivery address when purchasing to ensure your order is delivered correctly.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once shipped.

Within New Zealand we aim to deliver within 2-5 business days (depending on location and whether courier or freight, for large items).

Shipping fees are calculated based on order size and weight at checkout.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number.

Please contact us immediately if your order is lost or arrives damaged. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue.

We may update our shipping policies periodically to improve service.

Returns & Exchanges

At The Big Game Company we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with something purchased from us, you can return the product for a refund or exchange within 30 days providing the item is in original, unused, condition complete with its original packaging and instructions and proof of purchase.

This policy is in addition to and is not intended to limit, any rights or remedies you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, and other consumer legislation, where a product may be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If you have changed your mind about a product purchased you may return your product unopened in the original packaging with proof of purchase within 14 Days of receipt of the product. The Big Game Company will decide whether to offer you:
- An exchange of product that is the same type and of similar value to the returned product; or
- A full refund of the purchase price of the product (excluding delivery charges); or
- A Big Game Company Gift Card equivalent to the original purchase value of the product being returned.

Change of mind returns are only accepted when the product is:
- In saleable and undamaged condition;
- In original, unopened and sealed packaging;
- Received by you no more than 14 days ago
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact our customer services team at: info@thebiggamecompany.co.nz within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange to have the damaged item returned to us and either repair or replace the goods or refund the price at our discretion. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging together with all packing slips.
